About me
I have been in the massage profession for 15 years as a therapist and instructor
I tend not to do “fluff and buff” massage but enjoy working with my client’s health concerns.
Professionally, my training relates specific techniques and health conditions; all clients are treated with respect and discretion.
Raised in the UK, I originally trained as a teacher and worked internationally mostly in Asia. Moving to Seacoast NH has allowed me to develop other creative pursuits and enjoy the scenery and people.

What massage you receive will depend on your goals,
I specialize in adjusting my approach based on different factors.
I tailor the massage to particular health conditions or injuries such as, Cancer, Parkinsons, MS, Sciatica, Migraines, Whiplash, Plantar Fasciitis, joint replacements, Arthritis, Acholiosis, lung conditions, Muscular Dystrophy and ALS.
For some clients, taking into account emotional or mental concerns is also important.
